Personal Background

I’m a California native, born in the bay area. I’ve lived in Santa Cruz County for 40 years and love our community. I’ve worked in the Marine Industry as a Captain since 1987 operating and managing many types of vessels and crews, sailing extensively throughout the Pacific region. Currently I still am Captain of a 70’sailboat doing charters on Monterey Bay as a fun job. I’m passionate about the ocean, protecting and sharing our incredible resource we have here in our backyard.

I’m also a licensed plumbing contractor and have been involved in construction projects in Santa Cruz Co. since the early 80’s, and owned and operated my plumbing company “RB Plumbing” for nearly a decade. That has given me a wealth of knowledge and understanding of residential homes literally from the ground up.

So I look forward to meeting with you and being able to assist you with all of your real estate needs

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
